Dimmu Borgir - Stormblast (1996)

Was there ever a time when Dimmu Borgir was black metal? Let alone doing a cd in nothing but there native language (in case you forgot they did come from Norway surprisingly enough) but this would be the last one where did that, they did attempt to re-make this cd here recently and it was really bad compared to this little gem that we have here taking out some pieces of the songs all together even removing the song Sorgens Kammer, which I might add is on the upload because it was on a game called Agony (Wiki link to the game) and the the keyboardist at the time chose not to tell them about his brilliant idea, but all shit aside this is a very good black metal cd to me even though Dimmu Borgir has turned on this its a very good cd

Songs included:

Alt Lys Er Svunnet Hen (All Light has Faded Away)
Broderskapets Ring (The Ring of Brotherhood)
Sorgens Kammer (Chamber of Sorrow)
Cuds Fortapelse - Apenbaring av Dommedag (God's Damnation - Revelation of Judgement Day)

Why I put what I did was for some reason Dimmu Borgir even on there more shittier albums have been able to write good orchestra pieces at the beginning of there cds and the first song go along well with the Sorgens Krammer one because its a very well done dark orchestra piece even though its not there piece it fits well within the confines of what there trying to achieve usually bands cant pull this properly, the other 2 are just a good representation as to what this cd sounds like
